All products sold on this site are digital fonts and design assets. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're happy to make it right.

Digital Products

Changed your mind? Bought the wrong thing? Thought it was something else entirely? You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase—even if you've already downloaded the files.

We understand that sometimes digital products might not be exactly what you expected, and we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your cstypework fonts and design assets.

Subscription Services

If you subscribed to any of our premium services and realized it's not your thing, you can cancel anytime. If you didn't mean to subscribe or forgot to cancel before a renewal, just reach out. We'll refund the latest payment.

We believe in fair and transparent billing, so accidental subscriptions or renewals can be refunded without hassle.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at cstypeworkrulesco@gmail.com with your order information and we'll take care of it.

Please include the following information in your refund request:

• Your order number or email address used for purchase
• Product name(s) you'd like refunded
• Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

• Review your request within 24 hours
• Process approved refunds back to your original payment method
• Send you a confirmation email when the refund is processed

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to show the refund in your account.
